Where Things Stand Today
Paul completed his federal sentence and served the Utah sentence concurrently, as ordered by the courts. He is currently serving the remainder of his Arizona sentence, which was structured to run consecutively.
Restitution totaling $679,000 was paid in full in accordance with court requirements. Financial obligations tied to the case have been satisfied as ordered.
Health and Well-Being
While serving his sentence, Paul was diagnosed with Stage 3b kidney disease. He continues to receive medical monitoring and care.
We remain attentive to his health and grateful for the support and concern shown by many who have reached out.
